About The Position

The Fullstack & Applied AI Engineer at Lennar Homes is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications that integrate AI capabilities, particularly large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). This role involves collaboration with data scientists and AI engineers to create intelligent, data-driven applications that enhance business operations and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, including both Front End and Back End technologies.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or similar frameworks, including integrating them into production applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
• Proficiency in Front End development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in Back End development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying scalable applications, including serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and experience with data modeling.
• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly when working with complex AI/ML and LLM-based systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Palantir or similar advanced data platforms.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with deploying and fine-tuning LLMs for specific enterprise use cases.
• Experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or logistics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications that integrate LLMs and other AI/ML models into both Front End and Back End systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to build applications that leverage AI models, including natural language processing, generative AI, and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop intuitive Front End interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) that incorporate AI-powered features.
• Build scalable and efficient Back End systems using Node.js, Python, or Java, integrating LLMs and other AI models.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI-driven applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Partner with data scientists to integrate and optimize LLMs for various use cases, including text generation, summarization, and natural language understanding.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for AI model deployment and integration across multiple systems.
• Drive innovation by exploring and incorporating the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and AI frameworks.
• Ensure the proper deployment and monitoring of AI models in production, focusing on reliability and model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI-enhanced software solutions.
