EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) is an industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services to financial institutions and other capital markets participants. Within the FSO, our Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) service WAM Tech Service Delivery Center team will offer experience and delivery capabilities in configurations, integration and validations of packaged solutions and platforms (Charles River, Aladdin, Envestnet, etc.) as well as off-platform services across front / middle / back office business processes in the Wealth and/or Asset Management domain. As a WAM Technology Senior Analyst, you'll be based in our Service Delivery Center (SDC) in San Antonio, TX, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you'll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, automation, analysis, delivery and support of solutions to solve technical and business problems in rapidly changing Wealth and Asset Management industry. You will have the opportunity to work on top vendor platforms/products that are used by industry leading Wealth and Asset Managers. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you'll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Support WAM clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
  • Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications.
  • Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology.
  • Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
  • Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related Technical field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' of experience working as technology professional.
  • Experience working in one or more programming languages like Java, C#/.Net, JavaScript, SQL etc. and technologies like Spring, Microservices, Angular etc.
  • Experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
  • Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Comfortable level of working in an Agile and TDD/BDD environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Application/Package experience in any of the following vendor platforms: Appian, Axioma, Blackline, BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Blue Prism, Charles River, Eagle, Envestnet, Geneva, Murex, Oracle Packages, Pega, SEI Wealth Platform, SimCorp Dimension, SunGard Opus.

  • Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $66,300 to $135,400.
  • Salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $79,500 to $153,800.
