Responsibilities
- Provide gastrointestinal care to patients including upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 20 patients per shift.
- Participate in weekday, weekend, and call rotations as required.
- Complete necessary credentialing and maintain an active state license.
Requirements
- Active state medical license in Virginia.
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
- Experience in performing upper GI endoscopy procedures.
