The General Manager for a luxury spa is a leadership role focused on overseeing a large team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 50+ staff members, focusing on staff development and continuous coaching.
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and monthly P&L to meet profitability targets.
• Ensure that every guest experience reflects the brand's commitment to luxury and excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments and corporate leadership on key projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury spa or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
