About the position

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales Manager/Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This role offers growth opportunities within the beauty industry, focusing on effective management and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Identify and solve problems effectively, setting clear expectations and goals for the team.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and lead a team efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with team members and clients.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
