Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hospitality-forward concept
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Emotional intelligence and alignment with our values and hiring philosophy
- Desire to grow with a company on the rise
