As a General Manager, you’ll get an opportunity build and develop the teams that we're known for at Mammoth Holdings. You’ll oversee operations at a site level, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing team performance, maintaining our top-of-the line car washes, and though these, delivering a stellar customer experience. You’ll work closely with your regional Director of Operations to implement local sales strategies (through both design and training), optimize site performance, and ensure your team is delivering on our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

  • Lead operations at a site level, ensuring smooth management of team performance and customer experience.
  • Implement local sales strategies in collaboration with the regional Director of Operations.
  • Optimize site performance and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve damage claims and oversee procurement of site supplies.
  • Engage in sales and marketing strategies to drive customer growth and improve online reputation.
  • Flex labor schedules dynamically to accommodate periods of high demand.
  • Recruit and train new team members to ensure the site is fully staffed.
  • Represent the company at local events and foster community relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume, customer-focused service environment.
  • Experience in promoting sales initiatives through customer service.
  • Talent for optimizing team performance and coaching team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading cross-functional teams.
