Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures.
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely.
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their time at the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team players with flexible schedules.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
