HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is pioneering the concept of 3-dimensional training, which combines Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), and Exercise (dimension 3) to provide a unique fitness experience. This innovative approach helps members flush toxins, tone their bodies, and burn calories effectively. The studio offers 24-hour access to a variety of unlimited sessions, including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, all led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment that caters to all fitness levels. The General Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the overall success of HOTWORX by implementing effective management strategies, marketing tactics, and consultative sales skills, while also providing superior customer service to meet and exceed performance goals. The General Manager is expected to deliver outstanding customer service, encouraging and assisting members in optimizing their workout routines. They will be responsible for creating engaging activities to attract new members and ensure existing members are satisfied, aiming for five-star ratings on platforms like YELP, Facebook, and Google. Additionally, the General Manager will lead a team of Trainer Sales Associates (TSA) to meet and exceed membership sales goals, while also focusing on growing the member base through sales, exceptional customer service, and strategic business partnerships and marketing efforts. The role requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, with a salary structure that includes base pay, commissions, and bonuses, allowing the General Manager to control their earnings. Ideal candidates will have previous management experience, a fitness certification or degree in a related field, and a strong passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
