Responsibilities

  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls

  • Work with the office team to reach monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in paid training on orthodontic products

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a general office setting
  • Error-free order entry skills
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, CoralDraw, and Shopify is a plus
  • Pleasant phone voice and not shy on the phone
  • High-energy personality
  • Self-motivated and highly efficient
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
