About The Position

The Generative AI Team Lead will be responsible for driving the development of advanced AI applications for a hospitality and gaming client in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves leading a team in creating systems that process data from various sources, including structured and unstructured data, images, and PDFs, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
• Extensive experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and building agentic applications using OpenAI.
• High proficiency with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy for serving LLM applications.
• Experience leading frontend teams with effective FastAPI integration.
• High proficiency with Snowflake and Azure Cloud.
• Exceptional analytical skills for complex data processing and problem-solving.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor a team.

• Strong understanding of business needs and capability to align AI solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of AI applications, including RAG-based and agentic systems.
• Lead a team in the integration of AI solutions with business needs.
