About The Position

UPMC in Central Pa is seeking a full-time gastroenterologist to join a growing team near Harrisburg, PA. The role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients with digestive disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology.
• ERCP experience preferred but not required.
• Team-oriented with the ability to provide personalized patient care.
• Commitment to high-quality and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage digestive disorders in adult patients in Hanover and York.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as colonoscopy, ERCP, and upper endoscopy (EGD).
• Conduct hemorrhoid treatments including Hemorrhoid Energy Therapy (HET) and hemorrhoid ligation.
• Provide Solesta treatment for fecal incontinence.
• Participate in a 1:9 call schedule.
