About the position

Our Team With a focus on developing talent of the future, the Early in Career & Individual Contributor Capabilities team plays a significant role in ServiceNow’s overall talent strategy. We are passionate about hiring and developing this talent to ignite our innovative and diverse ideas, and this role will support ServiceNow’s Early in Career development strategy across all our businesses. The Opportunity: The ideal candidate must thrive in a highly dynamic and changing environment and will help us deploy high-touch, impactful, and consistent Early in Career employee and Individual Contributor experiences with focus, empathy, operations, creativity, and innovation. You have high energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while also being passionate about partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration, growth, and retention of Early in Career talent through the development and implementation of career defining experiences and programs
  • Build, pilot, and execute a brand-new, skills-focused program for Early in Career and Individual Contributor employees
  • Partner across regions and throughout the people organization to deliver exceptional programs and meet the needs of our business units
  • Act as a senior project manager for one development product for ServiceNow, testing and learning and evolving the strategy to deliver at scale
  • Monitor and measure program metrics to continue to scale high performing programs
  • Innovate and execute upon a localized development strategy
  • Be the champion for the company, including living the values and purpose and being an important storyteller about ServiceNow today and in the future
  • Be curious, creative, and innovative about ServiceNow and our products and leverage the self-serve portals to enhance and better our development models
  • Have a passion for candidate/employee growth and development and infusing a sense of belonging into everything we do
  • Drive process & program improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or program management
  • 2+ years of experience working with high volume early in career talent
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while owning larger programmatic initiatives
  • Able to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at varying levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated and a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can prioritize and pivot accordingly to the current work demands
  • Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, ability to embrace change with a creative eye
  • Passionate for delivering exceptional candidate/new hire experiences
  • Able to partner with others to manage a large programs budget, including partners, tools & events
  • Consistently seeking out process improvement, leverage innovations and consider automation to improve or reinvent programs
  • Desire to partner and share best practices with teammates
