About the position

We are looking for a summer Global Brand and Marketing Intern to support our ongoing efforts in understanding and targeting our Do-It-For-Me (DIFM) audience. The intern will play a key role in helping us develop a consumer profile by analyzing existing systems and data, with a goal of uncovering critical insights about the DIFM consumer. While formal audience segmentation may not be possible globally at this time, the intern will lay the groundwork for future segmentation efforts and contribute to strengthening KPIs. Additionally, with numerous active and upcoming projects across the team, this intern will provide invaluable marketing and brand strategy support across multiple workstreams, assisting in driving forward key campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Market Research, Data Analytics, and Paid Media/Social teams to unearth valuable insights into the DIFM consumer, including demographic information, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Review and analyze data from various touchpoints, such as Google Analytics, social media, and paid media reports, to recommend how to better leverage existing tools to capture first-party data about our audiences and inform marketing activities.
  • Optimize creative briefs, assets, and platforms to better meet the needs of our regional markets around the world.
  • Contribute to the exciting launch of the evolved brand ‘OMO' campaign scheduled for Fall 2025, assisting in areas like messaging, creative development, and asset build-out.
  • Support ongoing and upcoming Brand Partnership workstreams by assisting with project-related tasks and contributing to campaign initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or academic project experience in marketing, data analysis, research, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media platforms, or marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Students must be entering their Sophomore or Junior year of school.

Benefits

  • Paid on-site summer internship (12 weeks)
