We are seeking a dynamic Global Brand Manager with a focus on enablement to drive the internal adoption and integration of our brand across the enterprise. Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you will be responsible for building strong, cross-functional relationships and creating a dialogue with key stakeholders to ensure our brand is fully embraced and consistently represented in every aspect of our business - from tentpole programs to regional application and swag. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on driving a culture where our brand is not just a logo, but a vision that fuels innovation, engagement, and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to understand needs, embed the brand into daily operations, and identify opportunities to enhance adoption.
  • Manage internal communication portals and channels and partner with creative operations to prioritize and facilitate enablement needs.
  • Lead the Genesys Brand Ambassador Program, ensuring key representatives are onboarded, engaged, and equipped to support a cohesive brand presence while providing valuable internal feedback to guide brand evolution.
  • Collaborate on and elevate brand store management, from item selection to creative execution with internal and external partners.
  • Support branded programs as needed to reinforce consistency and extend the brand.
  • Establish KPIs and leverage data to assess and optimize brand adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to change in stride
