About the position

As the Global Support Finance Manager at Snowflake, you will be the trusted business partner to the support organization, providing actionable data-driven business insights. You will manage a full P&L, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure actuals are aligned with the company's Go to Market strategy. This role requires a world-class finance advisor with experience in supporting an enterprise team at scale, particularly in an evolving product landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong collaborative relationship with Global Support leaders by providing end-to-end financial support in all areas required by the business.
  • Review quantitative models to estimate the economic impact of pursuing various strategies, opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting, and assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Track headcount plans by comparing beginning of quarter forecasts to actual performance.
  • Report on key business metrics such as margin, revenue, costs per head, and utilization.
  • Support the business through the monthly and quarterly business review cycles.
  • Participate in and help execute the annual plan process and quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead analysts in the preparation of monthly accruals for the services organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with corporate FP&A, engineering, revenue, data science, and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a business partner to a world-class Support Organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related relevant areas.
  • 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Sales Finance and FP&A roles.
  • Prior experience working in Workday, Tableau, Salesforce, and Adaptive.
  • Proven track record of financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
  • Prior headcount management experience in an FP&A or sales operations role.
  • Experience with consumption-based revenue forecasting.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to influence multiple stakeholders.
