Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of the Global Ops three-year plan (3YP).
  • Develop board materials and monthly executive reviews.
  • Coordinate and execute communication strategy.
  • Manage ongoing administrative tasks such as coordination of staff deliverables and business reviews for the Chief Operations Officer and the senior leadership team.
  • Lead the development and coordination of internal & external communications related to strategy, key initiatives, and performance to stakeholders and associates.
  • Program manage key projects and initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate collaboration across various departments and regions ensuring effective communication and alignment of efforts.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the operations leadership team.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years related experience with at least 3 years in strategy and business planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related field.
  • At least 4 years in a program management capacity leading enterprise wide projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate and influence in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness / ability to travel 10% - 15% of the time; some overnights; mostly domestic travel.
