CTG is seeking a Global Payroll Operations Specialist to manage and oversee payroll projects for clients in Rye Brook, NY. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned service projects.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in global payroll operations and transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects in a global, transforming organization.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving outcomes such as comprehensive automation and improved operational efficiency.
  • Prior experience in service delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
