About the position

The Global People Operations role at StubHub is focused on enhancing the live event experience through effective project management and operational excellence within the People Experience Team. This position is responsible for driving the execution of team goals, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering continuous improvement in HR processes and programs. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the People Experience Team roadmap and quarterly goals through project management.
• Lead and drive key People Experience Team projects with a focus on collaborative planning and adherence to timelines.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the People Experience Team to enable scaled growth and performance.
• Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously improve programs and processes based on data-informed feedback.
• Organize and prepare documentation and communication of programs and processes to ensure consistent alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR and/or project management experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to develop and execute People plans and projects supporting organizational growth.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success.
• Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
