As the Service Program Manager, you will manage a variety of complex projects and programs to deliver on key business strategies and initiatives. You will work across functions, departments, business units, and geographies utilizing project management and program leadership skills to shape our business. You will become an integral part of the Service organization driving key initiatives to increase both internal and external customer satisfaction. This hybrid position is designed to combine the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-person engagement. We require applicants to be in the office at least once a week to foster team connection, encourage collaboration, and maintain a strong company culture.
