About the position

The Global Workplace Experience Brand Manager II will support the Real Estate & Workplace Team at SGS Technical Services, focusing on enhancing the workplace experience through strategic brand management and effective communication. This role is pivotal in promoting the workplace's innovative, inclusive, and sustainable solutions, ensuring they are recognized and valued across the organization and industry. The position involves implementing change management activities, producing engaging content, and overseeing digital platforms to showcase workplace achievements and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement change management and communication activities that highlight workplace experience achievements.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content such as articles, videos, and presentations showcasing workplace strategy and successes.
  • Oversee the content and promotion of digital platforms like intranet and SharePoint.
  • Craft compelling narratives that communicate workplace culture, values, and successes.
  • Curate user-generated content and employee stories to foster community engagement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing innovation and improvement of the Employee Experience Brand Strategy.
  • Support the broader Workplace Experience Team on specific initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a brand manager in workplace experience, facilities management, or real estate.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to design visual identities in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a proactive change maker.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively with moderate guidance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in consulting with managers and employees across various levels.
  • Familiarity with global trends and best practices from other industries.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
