Responsibilities

• Design and build data infrastructure and systems for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
• Lead the implementation of GCP-based solutions, ensuring compliance with specified requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to enhance data architecture.
• Architect, design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels and motivate team members.
