About The Position

The position involves overseeing, managing, and analyzing activities related to property business systems at Lockheed Martin's Lufkin Operations facility. The role ensures that company, customer, and US Government property is managed in compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving operational excellence and best value for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
• At least 5 years of Property (Asset) Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses.
• Experience with Microsoft tools.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

• Experience with Lockheed Martin PROP System.
• Experience with SAP.
