Apply today!JobDetails The GPO Operations Specialist will be responsible for thedevelopment and execution of ION Large Practice Program (LPP)specific projects. Assist with the implementation and pull throughof LPP related marketing and communication efforts as well asprovide analytics and support to the field team on LPP relatedmatters when needed.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the creation and maintenance of LPP tracking toolsfor the utilization of sales pull through and Report Cardcompliance. Train Relationship Managers (RMs) on the utilization of LPPspecific customer relations tools including rebate tracker, reportcard progress tracker, web based tools, and other resources as theyare developed. Work closely with Professional Relations and Corporate Accountto assist in the oversight of the implementation of serviceopportunities that relate to the LPP and further the company'soverall business intent. Travels as required to understand /assist with the demands ofRMs to manage LPP customers and to maintain customerrelationships. Track and execute LPP related service contract deliverables asassigned by the Director, Professional Relations. Assist in the development of specific marketing content for LPPbusiness/sales meeting agendas, to convey messages that willresonate with large practice clients to promote mission and goalsof organization. Assist in the management of additional LPP marketing andcommunication content, including Web site content, LPP Informscontent, and other marketing tools as they are identified anddeveloped. Provide support to Director, Professional Relations when neededaround the preparation, execution, and onsite management of LPPspecific events and other strategic initiatives. Provide support to LPP membership for a variety of customerrelation needs as requested. Assist with the operational management of LPP Advisory Paneland ION Strategic Committee as requested by Director, ProfessionalRelations. Responsible for the financial reporting and management of LPPcustomers through collaboration with Contracts and Financedepartment. This includes rebate tracking and communication, andmanaging the financial processes related to new LPP accounts. Assist in the management of internal communication regardingthe LPP, including meeting communication, sales and contractcommunication, and general ION communication. Performs related duties as assigned by Director, ProfessionalRelations.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:This positionrequires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program orequivalent combination of experience and education. It alsorequires a minimum of four (4) years of operations and customerrelations experience. This individual should have experiencecreating, implementing and managing processes to ensuredepartment/company goals are met. In addition, experience in theexecution of marketing and communication plans including theimplementation of strategic marketing events is a plus. TheSpecialist, LPP Relations should posses a strong knowledge ofbusiness communication and the importance of strong customerrelationships. This individual must be innovative, have strongleadership and decision making abilities, excellent communicationand time-management skills, as well as the ability to successfullyexecute multiple tasks at the same time.
