• Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader.
• Leveraging experience working in the Utility Industry.
• Demonstrating Electrical Engineering experience.
• Applying proven experience in Control room operations, distribution planning or a system operation.
• Creating solutions architects for AMI, DERMS, ADMS, DA schemes and IT/OT convergence.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture and approaches for consolidating IT/OT system data.
• Assisting project leadership in the coordination of activities across teams to achieve goals.
• Coordinating the gathering of business requirements, leveraging extensive know-how of architectural design components and being able to read and interpret a design document.
• Communicating complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates.
• Building client relationships, being able to multitask while producing work that is accurate, detail-oriented, and reflects well on the business.
• Resolving complex design issues, making decisions with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives, and recommending courses of action to provide benefits to the client and/or the business.
• Leveraging creative thinking skills when developing and proposing strategies that lead to clients' and/or business' processes and team improvements.
• Applying problem-solving skills, emphasizing the diagnosing of root causes and developing implementable, workable solutions.
