  • Assisting project leadership in the coordination of activities across teams to achieve goals.
  • Coordinating the gathering of business requirements, leveraging extensive know-how of architectural design components and being able to read and interpret a design document.
  • Communicating complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates.
  • Building client relationships, being able to multitask while producing work that is accurate, detail-oriented, and reflects well on the business.
  • Resolving complex design issues, making decisions with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives, and recommending courses of action to provide benefits to the client and/or the business.
  • Leveraging creative thinking skills when developing and proposing strategies that lead to clients' and/or business' processes and team improvements.
  • Applying problem-solving skills, emphasizing the diagnosing of root causes and developing implementable, workable solutions.
  • Leveraging interpersonal skills and participating as an independent contributor with little supervision or as an active team member based on the business situation and needs.
  • Applying industry-standard lifecycle management theories and processes while on client engagements.
  • Coordinating and working with offshore IT delivery teams and resources to meet the demands of operational functions and client needs.
