Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and promote the best possible experience for guests and employees.
  • Drive revenue to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals for the hotel.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships with a service-oriented approach.
  • Research and stay updated on industry and local competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Source, qualify, and book new business for the hotel.
  • Respond to RFPs and other inquiries.
  • Creatively drive new business to meet targeted goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years as Sales Manager or three years as Sales Coordinator in a hotel environment.
  • Experience in the Colorado and specifically Denver market is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with industry-specific software and programs.
