About the position

The Growth Manager for the Digital team at Verkada is responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC. The Growth Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and report on campaign performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across various digital platforms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage and optimize website content for SEO, overseeing paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new growth opportunities.
• Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with digital marketing automation and CRM tools preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
