About the position

Xima Software is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving sales growth. This hybrid role, based in downtown Denver, CO, involves developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing digital advertising, and engaging with customers and partners to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract target personas and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Create and manage nurture campaigns in partnership with sales to move leads through the funnel to closed-won deals.
  • Manage digital advertising spend across platforms such as 6sense, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify new content opportunities and execute high-quality written content.
  • Create brand awareness and generate leads by engaging with customers, prospects, and partners at events.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics for company trade shows, including procurement, shipping, and booth management.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Order promotional materials and maintain inventory.
  • Compile marketing reports and analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and creatively.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, and 6sense preferred).
  • Experience with online analytics tools and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in digital ad management and budgeting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and building sales connected workflows within CRM.
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally for events.
