Responsibilities

  • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize marketing funnels.
  • Utilize growth hacking techniques to identify and test new marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing efforts across various platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Create and update content for social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies and measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance and/or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization.
  • 3+ years of experience in Fintech or the Financial Industry.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and propose innovative marketing ideas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms.
