Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts, including personalized messaging and coordinated multi-channel outreach (digital, email, social, etc.).
  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing and other funnel-based strategies to nurture leads through the conversion journey.
  • Create and manage customer advocacy programs and marketing initiatives to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
  • Plan, launch, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize campaign strategies for better ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics that inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop engaging content—such as emails, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces—that resonates with targeted audiences and drives engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in growth or digital marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on ABM, funnel marketing, and customer marketing.
  • Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Visionary marketer who can also roll up your sleeves and execute detailed campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive narratives.
  • Proven ability to work across departments and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) with a solid grasp of digital marketing best practices.
