About the position

The Growth Specialist at C Squared Social is a key player in the Growth team's operational success, focusing on project management for outbound business development activities. This role involves coordinating lead generation tactics, developing pitch materials, and collaborating with various departments to enhance business development efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management across growth team full funnel efforts
  • Ensures internal business development best practices and processes are adhered to
  • Publishes timely internal status reviews to summarize the workflow of in-progress sales activity
  • Prospect list research and development
  • Funnel sequence collaboration and development
  • Competitive research
  • Collaborates with Primary Pitch Lead(s) to map out deliverables and milestones
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure content and deliverables are on track
  • Collaborate with deck design teams to customize pitch materials
  • Supports Growth Team on pitches from deck builds & edits, to rehearsals & in-person pitch materials
  • Creates graphics to represent the key points made on slides to bring them to life
  • Maintains and updates repository for best-in-class pitch decks and stand-alone sections of the deck
  • Utilize and build upon presentation skills with opportunities to pitch prospective clients
  • Collaborate and project manage internal teams in the creation and delivery content internally & externally for department wins, networking, prospecting, etc.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management and/or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, new business, or relevant area of expertise
  • High proficiency in Google Suite, Canva or other similar tools
  • Passion for marketing and a growth mindset
  • Demonstrate ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Experience in cross-collaboration with all departments and levels within a company, as well as vendors and clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and have an eye for design
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities while still meeting tight deadlines
  • Personable, approachable, and well-spoken
  • Must be extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful
  • Must have strong follow-up skills with solid attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter / entrepreneurial and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with many personalities
