About the position

As the Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance Director at Cribl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy that supports our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential as you present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive Cribl's GTM strategy and long-term growth.

  • Manage a Senior Analyst to deliver high-quality financial reports and analyses.
  • Develop financial models to support pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and marketing investments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance, particularly in a GTM or FP&A role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior finance staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
