About the position

The Guest Experience Specialist at FIKA Infusion + Wellness is responsible for providing an elevated experience to guests seeking wellness treatments. This part-time role involves greeting guests, educating them about treatment options, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction and supporting the wellness goals of clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Screen guests, check guests in and out, and answer phone calls
• Offer guests a tour of the space
• Help educate guests on treatment options and memberships
• Make recommendations to help guests have the best experience and results
• Answer questions about products and services
• Build guest profiles, send texts, track guests in our Vagaro platform
• Open and close the wellness space
• Help resolve customer service issues in a kind and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Inventory and supply management experience
• Computer skills including point of sale experience
