About The Position

The Guest Services Representative serves as a vital link between guests, staff, and patients at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Wentzville. This role is focused on responding to inquiries, providing information, and enhancing patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.
• Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels.
• Provides patient information in compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.
• Identifies and reports issues of safety and maintenance.
• Assists in improving patient satisfaction.
• Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major sources of concern.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
