About the position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair, great opportunities await! Up to $1000 Sign-on Bonus for hires with open availability. Starting pay $16.78 per hour, depending on experience, performance and availability. Flexible dress code (no uniforms!), busy salon, happy work environment. Experience is a plus, however we are willing to train if you are friendly and motivated to work hard, practice and learn!

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts and styling services to customers
• Build genuine connections with customers
• Deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience
• Work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Requirements

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for building connections with customers
• Desire to deliver a consistent brand experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates
