About the position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair, great opportunities await! Our Bastrop Great Clips salon is BUSY so we are looking to hire more amazing hair stylists! Earn $23-$33+ an hour, and additional bonuses, PTO, paid training, benefits such as medical-dental-vision insurance, opportunities for advancement and more. We work flexible schedules so we have time to handle life needs outside of work. Our growing salon has part time and full time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts and styling services to customers
• Build genuine connections with customers
• Deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience
• Work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for building connections with customers
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates
