A trailblazing IT solutions company is seeking a half-day Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and enhance brand presence in the B2B market. This half-day role offers the opportunity to craft compelling marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company’s innovative solutions and strategic advantages. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for creating engaging content, executing targeted campaigns, and optimising digital channels to generate high-quality leads. This is a hybrid position, requiring 1–2 mornings per week in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate high-impact digital campaigns specifically targeting B2B clients, delivering qualified leads.
  • Master LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and targeted email marketing to reach and engage B2B decision-makers.
  • Craft compelling, industry-specific content across social media, email, and various digital channels, leveraging AI to enhance your creations.
  • Produce engaging video content showcasing B2B solutions and client success stories using smartphone technology.
  • Implement AI tools to supercharge your deliverables and optimise B2B marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute impactful B2B marketing events and webinars.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance for maximum B2B ROI.
  • Work seamlessly with internal sales and product teams, and external suppliers, to achieve B2B marketing goals.
  • Overall responsibility for the B2B marketing strategy and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a history of successful B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in CRM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and targeted B2B email marketing.
  • Ability to create engaging, industry-relevant content using AI.
  • Experience tracking and optimising B2B campaign performance.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Proactive with exceptional time management, self-driven, mature, organised.
  • Outstanding communications skills.
  • Team player - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with sales teams.
  • Cape Town based.
  • Full home office.
