About the position

Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Hardware Test Engineer (Level III or IV) to support full-time, on-site operations at NUWCDIVNPT. In this role, you will be responsible for the test and evaluation of submarine transducers, sensors, arrays, cables, and windows. Our close-knit team is dedicated to delivering the best products to the Navy, contributing to the protection of our country. You will collaborate closely with the Submarine community to develop innovative solutions that enable the Navy to execute high-stakes national security missions. As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will utilize your recent practical LABVIEW skills and experience to update existing LABVIEW software programs and apply these programs in support of testing. You will oversee and manage multiple test set projects for various sensors, transducers, and arrays. Your responsibilities will also include designing, developing, repairing, testing, and utilizing sensor and array test sets. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and updating test set user manuals, test procedures, and standard operating procedures. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance. The role involves some travel, specifically 2 multi-day trips per quarter, along with occasional additional travel to support test events. An active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance is considered an additional skill of interest, though it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities
