Responsibilities

  • Recommend, implement, and oversee the Bank's total rewards strategy.

  • Collaborate with business areas and People and Engagement to create and deliver benefits and rewards solutions.
  • Optimize benefits and rewards programs to attract and retain employees, monitor for cost control, and ensure market alignment.
  • Monitor trends, maintain knowledge of industry best practices, and evaluate the success of benefits and rewards programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to enhance the rewards portfolio by identifying trends and opportunities.
