About the position

The Head of Enterprise Agile Coaching Process at Hyatt is a senior leadership role responsible for architecting, building, and operating a new global Agile Coaching practice. This position aims to shape, codify, and scale agile methodologies across the organization, enhancing business operations through a focus on outcomes, test-and-learn approaches, and fostering a growth mindset. The role involves strategic oversight of a distributed team of agile coaches, collaboration with cross-functional leadership, and the development of comprehensive coaching and apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build a world-class coaching practice by collaborating with senior leadership to establish a strategy and operating model.
  • Architect and execute a roadmap to transform Hyatt's agile coaching capabilities.
  • Establish a scalable structure to manage and mentor agile coaches, promoting best practices.
  • Implement metrics to measure the impact of coaching on business value and outcomes.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of an enterprise-wide agile capability development strategy.
  • Develop and lead immersive learning experiences for agile coaches.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for learning that incorporates cutting-edge practices in agile methodologies.
  • Cultivate a high-performance community among agile coaches and provide ongoing coaching to senior agile coaches.
  • Develop and disseminate coaching best practices and insights throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and align team goals with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in agile coaching and organizational transformation at large-scale companies.
  • Expert-level skills in Lean-Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Growth Mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop programs that result in significant capability uplift across organizations.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving transformational change in complex environments.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality or related industries.
