About the position

The Head of Growth Marketing at Kafene is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of marketing programs that drive successful business outcomes. This role involves collaboration across various functions within the organization to create integrated plans that support future pipeline growth, particularly in the fintech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design the Go-to-Market strategy for new and existing products to drive customer acquisition and reactivation.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop product positioning that articulates Kafene's value proposition in marketing and sales assets.
  • Lead the ongoing usage and effectiveness of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot).
  • Create and implement Kafene's tradeshow and event strategy roadmap.
  • Establish cross-functional performance data to analyze marketing efficacy and derive insights for future launches and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10 years' relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services or Fintech.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within an organization.
  • Ecommerce background required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Comfort with setting KPIs, collecting and analyzing performance data, and using insights to drive action.
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in high-growth companies with strategies for organic and paid growth.
