About the position

The Head of Growth Marketing at Intro is responsible for leading customer acquisition efforts through various marketing channels. This role involves designing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, managing the acquisition funnel, and collaborating with product and creative teams to enhance strategies and campaign performance. The position aims to drive channel acquisition growth and innovate digital strategies to support the company's mission of providing access to world-class experts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, content marketing, SEO, etc.)
  • Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine strategies to deliver value to consumers
  • Drive channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities
  • Design performance reports and dashboards to evaluate results & influence strategy
  • Collaborate with the creative team to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric direction
  • Engage with media partner reps (Meta / Google / LinkedIn / Twitter / TikTok) to mitigate & resolve issues, identify new tests for implementation for full utilization of all the capabilities of the platform
  • Drive innovation by influencing teams across the organization to push the limits of digital strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics
  • Ability to design and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Experience in managing acquisition funnels and conversion strategies
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with product and creative teams
  • Strong communication skills to engage with media partners and stakeholders
