About the position

The Growth Leader at Lyra Technology Group is a pivotal role focused on driving sales growth within one of the company's operating businesses. This position involves professionalizing the sales function, building a sales team, and collaborating across departments to implement growth strategies. The Growth Leader will also serve as a key business partner to the CEO, contributing to the overall business strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build out the sales structure, processes, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Act as a player/coach by leveraging personal network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while starting to build a sales team.
  • Run cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth, collaborating with sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
  • Serve as a business partner to the CEO, formulating and executing the overall business strategy.
  • Utilize Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong network and sales skills to effectively hunt and close deals.
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams.
  • Ability to run cross-functional growth campaigns and collaborate with various departments.
  • Strategic thinking and execution capabilities to partner with the CEO.
