About the position

The Head of Growth at Lyra Technology Group is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth for one of the company's operating companies. This position involves professionalizing the sales function, building a sales team, and running cross-functional growth campaigns while partnering closely with the CEO to formulate and execute business strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales and a strong desire to make a significant impact in a technology-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Professionalizing the sales function by building out structure, sales processes, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Acting as a player/coach by leveraging personal network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while building out a sales team to manage.
  • Running cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth, collaborating with sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
  • Partnering with the CEO to formulate overall business strategy and execute it effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience at a senior level.
  • Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a sales team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing business strategies.
