About the position

SwingVision is seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead performance marketing efforts aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, virality, and monetization for its AI tennis and pickleball app. This role involves developing and executing various marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, and analyzing marketing data to inform future strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for sports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, and brand partnerships.
• Continuously optimize campaigns and conduct A/B testing to attract engaged users and improve conversion and retention rates.
• Analyze marketing data and user feedback to shape future marketing and product strategies.
• Own conversion rate optimization throughout the customer funnel, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase revenue.
• Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
• Sustainably grow reach and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Requirements

• Expertise in running and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Ability to leverage metrics, KPIs, and data to generate creative marketing ideas.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in building demand generation programs at a leading, brand-conscious, D2C company.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with brand and social media influencers.
