About the position

The Head of Growth at MentorPass is a pivotal role responsible for driving the company's growth strategy and execution. This position is designed for a hands-on leader who will take ownership of growth initiatives, leveraging both analytical and creative skills to enhance the company's market presence and accelerate its growth from $1M to $10M. The role involves building and leading a growth and marketing team while collaborating closely with product teams to optimize user experience and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy and execution to scale the business from $1M to $10M.
  • Analyze current funnels and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Create a content production system to extract stories from the community.
  • Develop a content distribution system utilizing both organic and paid channels.
  • Audit user experience (UX) to identify and resolve friction points in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create and optimize growth loops.
  • Build and lead the growth and marketing team, working with both in-house and external partners.
  • Balance analytical and creative skills in a full-stack role.
  • Utilize automation and AI to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading growth initiatives from $1M to $10M.
