About the position

The Head of Product Growth at Roofr is a pivotal role focused on driving customer acquisition, monetization, and retention strategies. This position involves leading growth initiatives to enhance revenue and customer conversion, while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve user experience. The role is integral to establishing Roofr as a trusted platform in the roofing industry, with a strong emphasis on customer feedback and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Own Roofr's conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner deeply with Growth Marketing and PDE (Product, Design, Engineering) teams to develop end-to-end hypotheses, proof points, experiments, and solutions to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ideate, build, and launch product features/initiatives to grow revenue and accelerate revenue velocity.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to win new accounts, drive feature adoption, reduce churn, and expand customer subscriptions.
  • Deliver delightful and relevant consumer experiences that help roofers discover new solutions and maximize the Roofr platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in growth-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth and optimizing key business metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • Strong intuition for product design and user experience.
  • Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude, and creating/maintaining event tracking schemas.
