The role involves providing diversified administrative and secretarial duties for the Manager and clinics within the region, promoting the goals and objectives of Renal Research Institute, LLC. The individual will be responsible for driving the FMS culture through values and customer service standards, ensuring outstanding service to all external and internal customers. This includes developing and maintaining effective relationships through timely communication and taking initiative to resolve customer service issues promptly. In terms of clinical and technical service, the position requires organizing patient charts to meet compliance regulations, performing various clinical, technical, and administrative tasks, and collecting data for research projects. Credentialing for all MDs and PAs in the region's RRI facilities is a key responsibility, along with maintaining current active status for all licenses. The role also involves gathering invoices and entering them into SAP for all RRI clinics, preparing month-end reports for billing, and managing protocol revisions. The individual may also develop reports and maintain records, documents, and policy manuals while coordinating special projects. The position also emphasizes business integrity, requiring an understanding of basic regulatory obligations and adherence to company policies to ensure compliance. Participation in performance improvement activities and maintaining patient and employee confidentiality are essential. The role includes educational and professional development responsibilities, such as participating in the development of other staff members and enhancing professional growth through in-service and educational programs.
