About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, ensuring that patient care is prioritized while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for your team. While you will have the autonomy to run your clinic, you will also have the support of your director, regional peers, and the broader company to help you succeed. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
