As our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Business Analyst, you will help identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and revenue leakage while providing actionable insights for process improvements. Every day you will work closely with finance and clinical teams to align revenue cycle strategies with organizational goals and support revenue cycle projects, including system upgrades, workflow enhancements and process automation initiatives. You will analyze revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, charge capture, claims processing, billing, and collections. Additionally, you will develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational effectiveness, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry standards, and provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and system utilization.
